Backyard Sports Cares (BYSC) is the non profit 501(c)(3) division of Backyard Sports, the leading provider of community team sports programs for kids of all ages in Westchester County. Established in 2005, Backyard Sports is committed to replacing today’s “win at all costs” mentality of youth sports with an approach that promotes increased self confidence and a lifetime love of sports while maximizing the athletic potential of each participant. Backyard Sports Cares was created to bring these ideals to children who have limited access to traditional youth sports programs, including children with special needs.

Four Seasons Of Special Needs Sports Programming
Fall Basketball, Winter Indoor Soccer, Spring Tennis & Baseball.
The BYS Plus Program offers Special Needs children, ages 5-15, a safe and appropriately competitive program to learn and enjoy team sports. The activities focus on athletic development skills while stressing the proper behaviors required for optimal group cooperation.

BYS Spring PLUS Program 2020
- Starting in April 2020 and running on:
- 4/19, 4/26, 5/10, 5/17 - (Main Gym for these dates)
- 5/31, 6/7, and 6/14 - (Great Lawn for these dates or gym if it rains)

- Teens: 10:00am-11:00am
- All Ages: 11:00am-12:00pm
- Fee: $275 -- ($25 sibling discount)
